At 21, after getting his degree in biology, Emmanuel founded a production company and produced short films, shorts for CANAL+ and corporate films. In 1989, he joined the Gedeon Media Group as Production Manager. He worked with Jan Kounen on DOBERMANN and went on to become production manager and then line producer for a dozen feature films, including several international productions (DEEP IN THE WOODS, RENEGADE, DOUBLE ZERO, BANDIDAS). He joined the Marathon Media Group in 2007, discovered television fiction, and produced no fewer than 120 program hours over the course of 4 fantastic years! His first producer’s credit came with ANOTHER WOMAN’S LIFE, directed by Sylvie Testud, starring Juliette Binoche and Mathieu Kassovitz. The film was released for Valentine’s Day in 2012 and charmed 400,000 spectators. Emmanuel then returned to his first loves, line producing and managing production for several TV series (WOMAN UNDER INFLUENCE, MARSEILLE, QUADRAS…) and for cinema (ODD JOB).
